Full-Stack Engineer
The work
You would own features end to end across the stack we actually run: TypeScript and Postgres on the backend, Flutter for the mobile applications, and a React admin console. Not a ticket queue — a whole problem, from the conversation with a bursar through to the release that fixes it.
You would be right for this if
- You have shipped something real that other people depended on
- You are comfortable owning a feature from database schema to the screen
- You write things down — we start consequential changes as prose, not tickets
- You would rather make something reliable than something clever
What would make you stand out
- Experience building for weak networks, offline tolerance or low-end devices
- Mobile money integrations, or anything where money movement had to be exactly right
- You have supported your own code in production and learned from it
